It’s no question that in the past few years the economy has seen enormous change, some of which has certainly been negative. As a result of this, the insurance brokerage industry faces their own shift in the way they hire new talent. These changes, however, seem to be positive.

Nathan joins the Spencer James Group as a recruiter. He has an extensive background in customer service, most recently with the Valdoro Mountain Lodge in Breckenridge, Colorado. Nathan’s ability to find what someone needs lends itself very well to our industry and we are happy to have him as a part of our team.
