Job Description

We’re looking for a salesperson to join a company that’s helping small and mid-size employers self-fund through group purchasing consortiums. 

This is an opportunity for someone in benefits who has sold stop-loss, worked for a TPA, has level-funded experience, or someone who simply wants to work with their broker partners on a solution that can chip away at the healthcare problem in the US.

What else: 

  • Groups are typically 50-150 employees.
  • Ideally have existing relationships with smaller, independent brokers.
  • Territory is a combination of the market you’re in and where some of the automated leads come in. 
  • Base will be $75K-100K DOE. OTE year one should be $250K.  Year 2 & 3, even more.
