Job Description

We’re looking for a VP of Business Development (sales rep) in the DC/MD/VA market for a growing, privately held TPA.   You’ll work with regional and middle market brokers targeting businesses above 100 employees, and offer a data-driven solution unlike any other. 
 
Selling points:
  • An opportunity to get into the self funded health insurance space.  No prior experience is needed, they’ll train you on what you need to know.
  • Software is built in-house and maintained by them.
  • Zero Debt.
  • You can build a book!
Who you are:
  • The ideal candidate needs to have employee benefits experience, deep relationships with benefits brokers in Dallas, and a track record of winning new business.
 
Compensation:
  • Total comp includes a base plus recurring revenue. The commissions paid on renewals matches that of the first year.
