Job Description

We’re working with a global benefits organization that partners with multinational employers to help them manage benefits across multiple countries.

Instead of selling standalone products in a crowded market, you’ll be helping employers streamline and optimize how they manage employee benefits globally—offering real impact, not just another quote.

This is a relationship-focused, strategic role—not your typical carrier position. You’ll work directly with large employer groups and their broker/consultant partners to support global benefits coordination, with a strong focus on client retention and long-term partnership development.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Broker relationships
  • Experience managing employer group accounts
  • A background in consultative sales, client retention, or account management
  • Familiarity with group benefits (life, disability, medical, etc.)
  • Experience at a medical or a Life/DI carrier or broker

This role is 100% remote from Texas. Compensation includes a mid-to-upper $100Ks base + bonus, fully paid benefits, and two employer-funded retirement plans.
