A high-growth, self-funded employee benefits organization is seeking a Senior Vice President of Finance to lead its expanding stop-loss operations, overseeing more than $750M in premium across multiple carriers and TPAs. This executive role will drive financial strategy, operational scalability, and partner relationship management. The SVP will manage a 45-person operations finance team and a top-tier actuarial group, with direct responsibility for billing, claims reimbursement, audit controls, and carrier/TPA negotiations.
Ideal candidates will bring deep stop-loss experience, strong operational finance skills, and a proven track record of building scalable processes in complex environments. This is a unique opportunity to step into a legacy role with strong momentum and play a pivotal role in the next phase of growth.
Location: PA (Hybrid/Remote flexibility available)
Compensation: $250K base + bonus + potential equity
