Job Description

We’re working on a broker channel sales role for an AI-driven benefits platform  designed to help brokers and employers deliver benefits more effectively.

  • For brokers: It provides full visibility into an employer’s benefits portfolio and employee usage analytics. That means brokers can see not just what benefits are offered, but how employees are actually engaging with them — creating upsell opportunities and differentiation from competitors.

  • For employers: The platform makes enrollment and administration easier by reducing manual work, streamlining communication, and ensuring employees actually understand and use their benefits.

  • For employees: The platform uses AI to personalize the experience, recommending benefits based on usage patterns and needs, which increases engagement and satisfaction.

Why it matters for sales reps: You’re not just selling “another benadmin system.” You’re giving brokers a way to stand out, prove ROI to employers, and expand their book of business — which makes your pitch much more compelling compared to traditional platforms.

The role reports directly to the CEO. Competitive base, $200K–250K OTE, plus Equity.
