Job Description

A high-growth, self-funded employee benefits organization is seeking a SVP of Finance Operations – Stop Loss, overseeing more than $750M in premium. This executive role will lead and evolve all financial operations tied to stop loss/claims and serve as the primary executive contact for strategic negotiations with TPA’s and stop loss carriers.  The SVP will manage a 45-person operations finance team including billing, reporting, operational managers, and claims analysts.

Ideal candidates will bring deep stop-loss experience, a strong background in claims reimbursement, self-funded health insurance reporting, billing, & operational controls, and a proven track record of building scalable processes in complex environments. This is a unique opportunity to step into a legacy role with strong momentum and play a pivotal role in the next phase of growth.

Location: HQ in PA (Hybrid/Remote flexibility available)
Compensation: $250K base + bonus + potential equity
Reports to: CFO
