San Francisco – Group Sales Rep

Job Description

We are looking for a group sales rep in the San Francisco Bay Area to sell Life, Disability, Absence Management, and Voluntary products.

You’ll work with employer groups of 100+ (300-5000 is the highest focus) and have much of the NorCal territory, extending from the OR border to San Luis Obispo.

The company continues to grow, with impressive year-over-year sales, and have differentiated themselves in the broker/consultant marketplace with their above-market service reputation.  Plus, the leadership and culture are what you’d want!

Compensation:

• Base of $60K.
• Guarantee for 12-18 months based on prior years’ production.
•  A top performer selling $4M+ makes roughly 8% of premium.
