High-deductible health plans paired with health savings accounts remain prevalent with 71% of firms offering at least one HDHP option according to state employer survey data.
The tech sector in Massachusetts employs approximately 270,000 workers and contributes 17% to the state’s GDP. Financial services maintains a significant presence with firms concentrated in asset management and fintech. Healthcare technology and AI applications continue expanding across administrative and clinical workflows. Sales professionals in the employee benefits space work with employers seeking to balance group health plan costs with competitive ancillary/voluntary benefits offerings including dental, vision, life and disability coverage.
