Remote – Manager, Employee Benefits Underwriting

Job Description

We’re working on underwriting manager opportunity with an A+ rated national carrier.

You will lead daily underwriting operations and direct staff to meet organizational goals and compliance standards. This role is responsible for analyzing and managing the assigned line of business for profitability while developing and implementing underwriting policies and risk‑acceptability strategies.

You must bring product knowledge and supervisory experience.

• Focus: Dental / Life / Disability / Worksite (2–1,000 lives)

• Remote but some travel to the HQ required
