We’re partnering with a fast-growing, nationally scaled Third Party Administrator (TPA) that’s looking for a proven VP of Sales (Remote – U.S.) to build, professionalize, and scale a high-growth distribution engine.
This is a true leadership role for someone who knows how to win in broker + MGA-driven environments and can bring structure, metrics, and coaching to a sales org that’s ready to level up.
What you’ll own:
• Scale and lead a national sales team (recruit, train, mentor)
• Expand broker + MGA distribution relationships
• Drive adoption of specialized products (MEC, MERPs, MVP, ACA solutions, etc.)
• Implement strong sales management disciplines + KPIs
• Partner closely with ownership and executive leadership
