We’re working with a large national benefits organization that’s adding a Sales Executive in California to cover the West Coast (CA / OR / WA).
This role works with insurance brokers and focuses on helping them move portions of their book into a service model where the company handles the account management, renewals, and day-to-day servicing, while the broker keeps the relationship and shares in the revenue.
It’s a consultative role — identifying opportunities with broker partners, helping transition groups over time, and building recurring business.
Comp:
Base $85–100K + incentives (no cap). OTE is another 100K-225K+ on top of base.
They’re open to people coming from the carrier side, GA/wholesale, or brokerage, as long as you’ve worked closely with brokers and enjoy building partnerships.
