We’re working with a large, national benefits organization who is expanding its dedicated ancillary sales team. They’re hiring experienced sales people across several established and growth markets in the U.S.
This role is designed for someone who knows the ancillary space well (100+ group sizes) and wants the flexibility to sell solutions across multiple carriers rather than representing a single product suite.
Highlights:
• Sell a broad portfolio of ancillary solutions through a national GA platform
• Strong internal support model and growing national infrastructure
• Base salary typically $100K–$150K + commissions (total OTE depends on market). A guarantee for the first 12 months.
• Customizable comp plans and strong long-term upside (you can build a book!)
