We’re searching for sales reps in various, larger cities around the country to work for a benefit admin & enrollment company. They partner with insurance companies, brokers, and consultants and have been best-in-class for over 40 years.
The company offers highly flexible technology, HR outsourcing, and personal enrollment solutions to enhance employee services and maximizes the value of expensive benefit programs. This is all possible without the costly addition of building internal systems or making major changes to current infrastructure.
What you’ll do: Sell a wholly owned benadmin platform along with enrollment services primarily through brokers, but will also develop relationships with carriers.
Target Size: Companies with 1000+ employees. Rarely bring on clients under 500 lives.
Areas can include: Chicago, Detroit, Dallas, Minneapolis, Ohio
Compensation: Six-figure base, uncapped commissions, and compensation for reenrollment. OTE is another $100K-400K+ on top of base.
