Job Description

We’re looking for a group rep for a Fortune 500 ancillary carrier in Detroit.

Join a stable, high-visibility market within a carrier poised for continued expansion!

Territory:  Michigan, NW Ohio, Toledo.  All brokers are open for discussion. You’ll inherit an established broker book & key relationships.  

Products:  Life, LTD, STD, Absence Management, Traditional Voluntary Life, & Disability plus Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Accident Insurance.  Statutory Products. 

Target Size:  Businesses ranging from 50 to 5,000 employees.  Sweet spot is 1,000 to 5,000 (need someone who knows the 2k-5k space). 

Goal:  Once up and running: $4.5M in new premium.  Aggressive comp structure once goals are met — significant upside beyond target.
