Job Description

We’re working with a well-established, national wholesale benefits platform that’s looking to add a Benefit Sales Executive to cover the Phoenix market. This is a new business production role built around broker relationships — 90% of the job is deepening ties with an existing book of broker partners, with 10% focused on new relationship development.

  • Territory: Phoenix, AZ
  • Base salary: $110,000–$130,000
  • Total comp potential: $275,000–$300,000 (base + variable)
  • Products: Full employee benefits suite — medical, ancillary, worksite, EAP, alternate/level/self-funded, stop-loss, BenAdmin, compliance, PEO, ICHRA, and more
  • Support: Dedicated proposal unit, large group AMs, implementation team, and SME resources — you focus on selling
  • Organization: National platform, 200+ carrier partners, strong infrastructure for large group

Ideal candidate has broker-channel sales experience, knows the carrier landscape, and is comfortable across funding strategies and total benefits positioning. This is a great fit for someone who wants the resources of a large national organization with room to build something meaningful in their market.
