We’re working with a boutique benefits consulting firm that partners with large, sophisticated employers to design and manage non-health and non-retirement benefit programs. This is a highly analytical, hands-on role supporting complex clients, where you’ll work directly with senior leadership and play a key role in both strategy and execution. (This is a service role, not outside sales).
This is a fully remote position with 20–30% travel for client meetings.
Highlights:
- Hands-on role focused on analysis, RFP execution, and client deliverables
- Work with large, complex clients (5,000–200,000+ lives)
- Base $100K-$130K+DOE plus bonus
Who You Are:
- Strong background in ancillary + voluntary products
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with an acumen for numbers.
- Comfortable working with Excel
- Resourceful, proactive, and eager to learn
