We’re looking for a VP of Business Development (sales rep) in Texas for a growing, privately held TPA who’s looking to expand.
You’ll work with regional and middle market brokers targeting businesses above 100 employees, and offer a data-driven solution unlike any other.
Selling points:
- Software is built in-house and maintained by them.
- Zero Debt.
- You can build a book!
Who you are:
- The ideal candidate needs to have self-funded benefits experience, deep relationships with benefits brokers in Texas (and ideally OK, AR, LA), and a track record of winning new business.
Compensation:
- Total comp includes a base in the 100K’s plus recurring revenue. The commissions paid on renewals is the same year over year.
