We are looking for a Director of Business Development – Enterprise Accounts. West Coast Territory (ideal candidate from SoCal, AZ, UT, or NV).
• Enterprise sales role targeting 7,500+ life groups
• Focus on direct-to-employer and broker relationships
• Goal: $3M+
• Average deal size: 10K–25K lives
Cloud-based benefits administration platform supporting enrollment, eligibility, compliance, integrations, and year-round employee service center support
• Highly configurable technology + hands-on service model
• Dedicated RFP, demo, implementation, and account management teams
• Strong reputation for service, long-term partnerships, and enterprise-level complexity
Compensation:
• $120K–$150K+ base (DOE)
• $300K+ OTE
• Uncapped commissions + accelerators
